Dear Michael,
Stealing Vehicles equipped with Push Button Starts and
Proximity (Smart) Keys.
For several years now a few
professional auto theft rings have been using high-tech equipment to
steal vehicles equipped with proximity keys (aka Smart Keys &
Keyless Go).
At least one company is now selling this equipment and
demonstrating it on the Internet.
To view a video of this high-tech equipment and download information click here or

Fatality &
Injury Mapping
The Foundation for
Automotive Safety and Trends (F.A.S.T.) has updated its fatality and
injury map using spatial analysis provided by Julie Wartell of The
Analysis Group (julie.wartell@att.net) and Kevin Highland (kevinhighland@gmail.com).
Illegal street racing, stunting and drifting
fatalities and injuries continues to grow. By mapping these
incidents it has given municipalities the data they need to take
preventative actions.
To view details on what is happening in your city; go to www.ProtectOurStreets.org and
choose Collisions.

If you know of illegal street racing, drifting,
stunting, car surfing or other related dangerous driving fatalities
and injuries, please forward them to us for inclusion into this
database.
