RKE Jamming

To demonstrate the distance a suspect could be from a target vehicle while jamming a Remote Keyless Entry; I shot a rough video using the pictured door bell chime and a wireless remote from a lamp within my house.

There are hundreds of variables depending on the year, make and model of a vehicle and the systems they use.

Knowledge of how vehicles can be compromised is imperative for thorough investigations.

Immobilizer Bypass Video

We have received numerous requests for the video we produced for our training sessions demonstrating 3 techniques used to bypass an immobilizer system. We are making this video available on our site for law enforcement and the SIU communities. This video is not meant to be a stand alone module or all inclusive. It is intended as a training aid. We use it during our workshops and seminars to discuss how some systems are bypassed and what evidence is left behind.
